For use as an AI Call Agent that's given a defined scope of conversation topics, yes, Olelo works perfectly. For more nuanced conversations that may for example, involve objection handling responses based on your customer's answers to discovery questions, Olelo may take 3 to 4 seconds to provide a value-adding, company-specific response. Depending on the complexity of your business conversations, this may make Olelo impractical as a real-time "whisper" tool for live agents.
