Miki Hardisty is a seasoned technology executive with over 30 years of experience as technology leader in the finance, computer hardware and professional services sector and holds significant expertise in AI, data science, and software engineering. As the CEO and co-founder of ʻOlelo Intelligence, Miki leads the company with a pragmatic approach to innovation, leveraging her extensive background in technology leadership.

Miki's impressive career includes leading the Data Science Lab at LPL Financial as the SVP of Product and Engineering, where she spearheaded groundbreaking AI initiatives, and developing a conversational ordering proof of concept for drive-throughs at Jack in the Box as the Chief Technology Officer, demonstrating her ability to deliver real-world AI solutions. Before founding Olelo Intelligence, Miki served as the Chief Technology Officer, Chief Operations Officer and Chief Transformation Officer at ProService Hawaii, where she developed and executed technology vision across business units and integrated AI into growing the business to help stoke ProService's flywheel.

Her hands-on experience as a Chief Operations Officer and Chief Technology Officer, combined with her Master's degree in Data Science and Engineering from the University of California, San Diego, underscores her deep knowledge and capability in harnessing AI to drive business value. Miki also holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington. Her passion for driving value by empowering businesses with cutting-edge technology is at the helm of Olelo Intelligence's mission to revolutionize the mortgage industry.

Ed Moore is a production leader with a wealth of experience in sales and operations. As the Chief Product Officer and co-founder of Olelo Intelligence. Ed brings his extensive background in managing multi-site teams and integrating new technologies to the forefront of ʻŌlelo AI's product development. Ed's previous roles include EVP of Originations at Cascade Financial Services and Executive Vice President at Southside Bank. His ability to elevate team performance and introduce innovative solutions is instrumental in driving ʻŌlelo AI's product strategy and delivering exceptional value to clients.

Ed holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film/Video Studies from Columbia University, a Master of Business Administration degree in Energy Finance from Southern Methodist University, and a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Juan is a seasoned full stack developer with deep experience in system architecture, web application programming, database optimization, API integrations, UI/UX design, and more.  As an Engineering Director for a number of teams, he has honed his skills in agile project management, resource planning, and client communication, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Frank is an Infrastructure Engineer at ʻŌlelo Intelligence, where he plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining the company’s cutting-edge AWS-based infrastructure and React-driven frontend solutions. With a strong foundation in Python programming, Frank is continually expanding his expertise in cloud technologies and web development, ensuring that ʻŌlelo Intelligence remains at the forefront of innovation in the mortgage industry.

Before transitioning to the tech sector, Frank served as an electrical foreman in the construction industry, where he honed his skills in project management and problem-solving under high-pressure conditions. This unique experience allows him to approach technical challenges with a pragmatic mindset, balancing efficiency with precision.

Frank brings fresh energy and a commitment to continuous learning. Frank’s passion for growth and his hands-on approach make him an invaluable asset to the ʻŌlelo Intelligence team as we drive forward with innovative infrastructure and product development initiatives.
